Sometimes when we think of flexible dieting the things on the left pop into our minds, but if our goal is to create a sustainable and long-term life change we need to replace those images with the ones on the right. Flexible dieting is NOT a license to eat like garbage without any consequences. Flexible dieting IS a way to hold yourself accountable and work “fun” foods into your diet guilt free as long as the majority of your macros are met using micronutrient dense food. If you choose to fill your macros with the food on the left side of the photo, you’ll run out if macros fast and end up hungry. Flexible dieting gives you the opportunity to indulge in deserts or treats (within reason) all while making it part of the plan instead of a deviation from the plan. - TLDR - don’t eat like a kid who’s away from his/her parents for the first time just because it fits your macros. You will end up hungry and with low energy. Indulge within reason and enjoy the benefits of tracking! #hybridnutrition @hybridperformancemethod

Esta semana les comparto una rutina de cuerpo completo, lo unico que requieren es una silla, banca y unas botellas de agua en caso de no tener pesas en su casa. Como modificar: 1. Plank por 30 segundos en vez de plank to pushups 2. Desplantes en el lugar en vez del step up 3. Elevacion de cadera en el piso en vez de arrecostarse en la banca.
