How to isolate your rear delts.... • Part 1: 1. Neutralise your scapular. 2. Take resistance. 3. Breathe in. 4. Lock out triceps, ensuring arms are straight. • Every single rep you should be starting and returning back to this position. • Keeping the muscle under constant tension without any extraneous movement. • Part 2: 1. Keeping elbows locked out, force elbows away from each other. 2. Exhale at the same time. 3. Minimise back movement. 4. Ensure rear delt gets as short as possible. 5. Pause for one second to remove any momentum and to isolate muscle at it weakest point. • This will be hard to get used to at first, simply lower your weight and get the technique. • After that simply add weight. • Part 3. 1. With control allow elbows to return towards each other. 2. Breathe in. 3. Aim for a 4 second negative. (You should be able to stop dead at any point). 4. *** Approaching off season (BULK) 💪 *** Now.... just because I'm now on a mission to add mass to my body over the coming months... It doesn't mean I'm going to eat rubbish 🗑️👀 We've all heard of the old "dirty bulk" and "clean bulk" methods 🤔 Everyone uses different ways to add or decrease weight (because everyone is different) It's about figuring out what works for you 👌💪 For me though????...... It's pretty much going to stay the same 👀 🤜  Still eat quality food (just a higher volume of food) [surplus ➕] 🤜 Keeping cardio in my training regime (just going to decrease the volume 📉) 🤜 Keep my cheat "treat" meals to once a week 🥞 The only difference I will be making is adding a lil pudding (healthy ish 🙊 I've chosen rice crispy squares just because I really like them 😂) to each meal to make up the numbers in order to put me in that calorie surplus ➕👀 There's many different ways you can approach off (and on season in that matter) and this is the way I've chosen 👀💪 As you can see from the pics about 80 - 90%  are real healthy and quality foods 🍖😁 and like I said.... Need A Deload 😥 . End of week 20 with a hard Upper B session today, even though I had a full rest from the gym yesterday and not touched a weight for nearly 50 hours by the time I finished work and got here today I struggled 💤 . A long working day yesterday with minimal sleep lastnight played a big factor in the poor session I had this evening, along with the higher reps and volume this week it just completely wiped me out, 2 servings of pre workout before and 1 serving during the session didn't really touch me 😨 . As always I'll be honest and say about these things as it's not always PB'S and amazing sessions, there's also piss poor and hard slog sessions like today 😥 . Starting week 21 tomorrow with a much needed deload week which I think is going to help my body tremendously, Iv absolutely battered myself the last few weeks and with calories still being low it's now catching up with me 😓 . I'm not going to think of this week as a waste of time, but yet perfect and execute exercises with correct form, stretching and squeezing the shit out of the muscle 💪 it's going to be a bit boring not shifting heavy weights but it will help the following week to progress and hit more progressions 🔥 . You also gotta laugh at people taking the piss out of you and pity them really as their the ones that are normally in shit shape and would never be able to push their bodies to the levels that I am 👌 you keep eating junk and drinking boy and leave the hard stuff to me 😙 .
