Amazing Sunday vegan breakfast at Matcha Mylkbar 🥞☕️ had such a yummy breakfast at @matcha_mylkbar ✨ had been waiting sooooo long to come here for breakfast and was so great to finally come!! Every single thing on the menu was vegan and it was just incredible 🌱 I got the matcha pancakes and a purple peanut butter latte!! Yes, a PURPLE PEANUT BUTTER LATTE 😧 I couldn’t believe it, it was my dream come true 😍 and my mum got the eggs Benedict which had Vegan eggs (yes, vegan eggs 🙈), turmeric Benedict sauce, toast, kale. - Write down some goals. Having something to aim for is always a good way to be productive. It could be hitting a calorie target consistently for a week. Fitting in three training sessions. Or something as simple as not eating a takeaway. - Plan your schedule. Write down a list of things you need to get done next week and prioritise them. Visiting relatives. Training. Appointments to make. When you’re going to eat. The more you plan the better. - Do a food shop. And don’t do it when you’re hungry. Write down a list of everything you need to prepare your meals to stay on track next week. Remember, out of sight, out of mind - just don’t buy things that you think might send you off course. - Prepare some meals. Get your meals cooked in advance - Sunday is a great day for this. You can cook for the next few days. Having meals prepared means you’re way less likely to stray from the plan. - De stress. Take some time out today to spend on yourself. Wether that be reading a book, going a walk, spending time with loved ones. Stress can be so detrimental to our health, so managing it is essential. - Accountability. Having something to hold you accountable can be a great way for people to stay on track. It could be having a coach to check in with. It could be a Facebook post telling people about your progress and what your plan is. Or even just photos and measurements. - Plan your training sessions in advance. Don’t just head to the gym and wing it. Find out how many times you can train next week, then plan them relative to your goals. - Daily boxes to tick. For me this is one of the best things I’ve ever done to make progress. Drinking 3litres of water. Hitting a calorie target. Doing an hours training. Reading for an hour. - Find what motivates you and use it to your advantage. I used to love watching motivational videos in the morning before I went training. Things like podcasts etc can also be good. - Get an early night. Sleep is massively overlooked by most people. A good nights rest is essential to start your week off right!

Honesty hour! I have not posted in awhile because I was nervous too. • I’ve been sick for a minute and so lost like tonnsss of water weight and then gained it back. • Not gonna lie it fucked with my head a bit. NOW, I’m trying to figure out what I want. • Gaining weight, losing weight it all feels soo bleh. I want something more and I guess I’m still trying to figure that out. • I don’t want to let myself be heartbroken by the number on the scale, but I also want to be more fit. • I am currently traveling and so I have been eating out too much lol and binging on chocolates. • I’m trying to re-discipline myself to eat and listen to my body ( being on my period and craving everything doesn’t help.) • I’m going to try and figure out a sembelance of a routine and see what happens starting today. • I will ONCE AGAIN take small steps to being healthy. Here is to a body that is helping me learn more about myself. • Lets see where my new mindset takes me! I can do this y’all! Woohoo. Starting again.
