What does a nosy pepper do?… Gets jalapeño business. 💁🏻‍♀️ • • • LOL - - These might not be the most glamorous tacos but they sure have the most flavor ✨. I am OBSESSED with watermelon radishes as of lately. I even added some, chopped into the gauc. If you can’t tell, these tacos are loaded with cabbage w/cilantro and diced tomato. I also added baby kale along with feta. Black beans for protein and raw jalapeño. This quick refreshing gauc with a zing recipe I threw together was 💣. I’ll share the recipe down below ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ • • • • -two medium avo -half of a raw jalapeño chopped -1 watermelon radish chopped -1 tbsp garlic -2tbsp lemon juice -pink salt and fresh ground pep for taste.

🎉My kind of shots! I thought I would share some juicing tips that I have learned along the way! 1. Keep your juicer accessible. This may seem like common sense, but I’ve found that making everything about juicing more convenient helps to get it done! This also includes rebuilding your juicer after you have cleaned and dried it, that way when you’re ready to juice, so is your juicer! 2. Prep as many of your ingredients as you can as soon as you get home from the store. Since my celery challenge I began to cut the ends of my celery off, wash each stalk and put them in the fridge ready for me to juice in the morning! This saves time! 3. Fresh juices are optimal, however sometimes you need to juice ahead. Make sure to fill your jars to the rim and seal tightly for freshness. 4. When juicing drier ingredients it is best to follow up with a juicier ingredient to help your juicier push your pulp through. i.e. When you juice kale, try juicing celery, cucumber, or apple afterwards.
