T:25 Cardio Core today. I had to do something and I didn’t have enough time slotted for the 52min workout from #80dayobsession so this was what I did. A 25min. KICKASS WORKOUT by Shaun T. Holy crap. I was soaked in sweat! #truthbomb #honestypost I DID NOT make time for me the past 2 days. I neglected to get my workouts done. But I did not quit, I did not give up! I picked up where I left of and jumped right back in. It’s easy to get detailed and fall “off the wagon” but it’s life. This is a journey and a lifestyle. Not a fad or gimmick. It’s my health. I’m investing in ME and making myself better for my family. Sometimes rest is just what we need so that we can have family time. I CHOSE to sleep in yesterday and today instead of getting up early like I wanted to. #sleepisgood I hope I inspire you and motivate you to want to make time for you and your health & fitness. Day 1️⃣5️⃣ of The we DAY PHOTO CHALLENGE! I have to confess I think I missed yesterday. I mentioned on Friday night that I was preparing to host about 30 people for a lunch gathering on Saturday. I went to bed at 2:30am and then got up around 4am to see my husband off to a fishing trip then went back to sleep for a few hours and I was nonstop for the rest of the day. It was an awesome gathering of friends and getting to meet new people! Sooo my husband and I actually went to bed at 6:30pm thinking we were resting but we slept for 12 hours!!! 🔆 So this is the face of a well rested sister! Sleep is your best friend when you’re feeling tired, unproductive, exhausted. Even if you feel too anxious to sleep, let your body rest. I didn’t think I was sleepy but when we got in bed I immediately fell asleep 😴 💤 🔆 We entrepreneur can often burn the candle at both ends. I’m curious as to whether you think you have to live by this narrative. I’m either meeting entrepreneurs that are “hustling” or those that have decided not to adopt the “hustle or nothing” attitude and get things done one step at a time. Fire, dog cousins, kids, cousins family time. ❤ I missed dinner though cuz lack of sleep got to me after another long crazy night at work. 😴 10 hours of sleep and I woke up completely clueless as to what time of day it was. Flipping back around again hopefully will go better.
