Lunch today was incredible! Smoked salmon rolled with low-fat cream cheese, capers, cucumber, and red onion. Topped with Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning. 28 grams of protein and only 340 calories!

Got home from work still hungry and still had 10sp left so I made a pea and cheese (3sp) omelette, topped with some bacon jam (2sp) and butter (2sp) to cook it in, I could use the remaining 3sp for gin but I think I’ll just drink water instead as I’ve not drunk enough today. Happy #facetofacefriday Friends! Throughout my journey with @weightwatchers not only has my weight come down, but my activity level has dramatically changed! The picture of the right was taken about a month into my weight loss journey. I was taking a short one mile walk around my neighborhood. I remember feeling proud that I was out moving because prior to #weightwatchers exercise was not part of our my life. Flash forward to the picture on the left, taken today. It was taken taken today. Right after I finish a pretty tough hike with my best friend. A hike that was my idea to go on. Weight watchers has helped me develop a love of moving my body. And you bet your butt I am thankful for all that my new body can do for me!
